Career

Before his appointment at Bromford Robert was Chief Executive at Merlin Housing Society for nearly five years, during which time the organisation doubled its operating margin, quadrupled surpluses and increased customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Merlin, he was Chief Executive at Cornwall-based Coastline Housing for close to five years.
Under Robert’s leadership Coastline achieved investors in people gold status and a 92% customer satisfaction rating.
